2 Offline Methods For Getting Website Traffic

Website traffic is the core of any successful internet business. You can't just build a website and expect people to show up. You have to put some marketing behind it. This may work in the offline world where location is everything, but in the online world, if you want people to know about you and your business, you have to be proactive with your approach.
There are many ways to get traffic to your website. In today's lesson, I want to focus on some "offline" means of getting traffic to your site. Believe it or not this is quite easy, and the people that you find offline are more highly converting than the leads that you acquire from online. Here's the first offline marketing tactic that you should be using in your business:
1) Business cards
Business cards get passed around everyday like it's nothing. But for most online business owners, their business card is bland and doesn't compel anybody to visit their website at all. You only have a few seconds to get someone interested in what you have to say. After the few seconds are over, they will either make the decision to visit your site, or just store your business card into their collection of documents on their desk.
You don't want this happen. On your business card, you will want to include the essentials: name, address, phone number, email address, fax number, and website address. But you can't just stop there. Make them an offer, and tell them that they can only get this offer if they go online and sign up for your free email newsletter. This is a proven way to market your online business with your business card. Here's another way:
2) Advertorials
Advertorials are simply ads that looks like it belongs inside of a publication. The people who get this right know that their advertorial should match the design, tone, and style of the original articles in the publication. Some of the most common places that you will find advertorials are in newspapers and magazines.
Before you run your advertorial, you will want to check out a publication, and try to emulate the writing style of the articles inside there. At the end of your advertorial, make sure you mention your website information in the same way that the publication would mention your name and website.
It's important NOT to deviate off the path when writing your advertorial. Don't start off sounding like an original article, and then 3/4 way down the page make it sound like a sales pitch. So you should write your advertorial up, and have someone critique it for you. This is very easy to do.
These 2 offline marketing methods can drive a lot of targeted traffic to your website simply and easily. The more offline leads you get, the more you will see your conversion rates increase by a lot - so don't neglect this proven form of marketing a website. It's very effective, and doesn't take a lot of time out of your day to do so.
Good luck with marketing your online business offline.

How To Make Money With YouTube Now

If you were to ask how to make money with YouTube you would most likely be told about the three methods shown below.
But before I describe these three ways I need to point out that there are also other profitable methods but which are not as well known.
The three typical methods include:-
Being A YouTube Partner
When you become a YouTube Partner you get access to extra tools that will help you promote your videos. And you can also have adverts shown on-screen whenever your videos are played.
When these adverts are shown, each time someone clicks onto one of those adverts, you will receive a commission.
Developing A Video Blog
By creating good content videos and uploading them to your YouTube channel, you will soon develop a wealth of resources in the form of your videos.
These videos can then be embedded into your own blog, which can then be developed into a Video Blog or VLOG.
Uploading regular fresh video content and embedding it into your Vlog will soon build into an interesting source of information or entertainment that can attract new visitors.
And then by monetising your Vlog with AdSense adverts and affiliate links you can soon be generating an income. You could even start to sell advertising space and create even more business for yourself.
Promoting Affiliate Products
Create interesting reviews of affiliate products on your YouTube channel, and provide links to those products so that people can find out more.
When people see the video that is promoting the product, they can then click on the link under your video to be taken to the product's page.
If they like the product and buy it, you will then receive a commission for the sale.
Drawbacks to These Three Methods
The above three methods can each generate an income for you, but each method does have drawbacks:
YouTube Partner. The commissions you receive from people clicking on your YouTube video adverts are small and so you would need to generate a lot of "hits" in order to make a significant amount of money using this method.
Vlogging. Uploading new videos and then using them to create a Video Blog can be very time consuming.
Affiliate Reviews. When you create an affiliate review and encourage people to click on your link to find out more, the link you provide needs to link to a website.
YouTube does not allow direct links to affiliate products.
Setting up your affiliate website and optimising it for best results, again, can be time consuming.
Of course, whenever you create your videos, it is important to make them interesting and "of value" to the people you want to attract.
Not doing that will simply cause those watching your video to become dis-interested and to switch to another one.
A good idea is to try to make each video special in some way so that it stirs a positive emotion within the person who is watching it.
There are other ways to make money on YouTube besides the three methods mentioned above.
But if you enjoy the process of video-making and you also enjoy seeing that other people enjoy watching the videos you have created, then that can make all the effort worthwhile.
And to see a video about how to make money from YouTube - using one of the lesser known methods where you do not even need to upload your own video - just click on the following link http://youtu.be/sGLIgg5YhH4

How To Develop An Effective Traffic Generator

Anyone who has a website or blog knows or will quickly learn that a traffic generator is the most pivotal concept for having a successful site; if you are trying to make a living or supplement your income in any way.
Search Engine Optimization for Traffic Generation
Search engine optimization plays a key role in web surfers finding and landing on your page so attention should be paid to optimization and of course, you want to gear that towards the heavy hitters like Google, Bing and Yahoo. But you also want to make sure that your optimization is not only cuddling up to the search engines, but is also targeted to the audience you are looking to engage.
Discovering and defining your target audience is essential. Web browsers are finicky and won't spend absorbent amounts of time on pages that are not interesting. Therefore you have a big task at hand when developing your traffic generator. Optimizing your domain, locating your audience and then keeping them coming back time and again are the key things to accomplish when blogging or owning a website.
Using Keywords As Your Traffic Generator
Once you have a solid idea of who you are targeting then it is time to think about optimizing and here is where many would be successful bloggers and domain holders fail miserable. Doing some research beforehand will prove to be essential. Optimization rests wholly in the key phases that you incorporate within your website and its domain and it is how people find you. It also influences your ranking on search engine sites. Thus, if the key words or phrases are not properly chosen, it is likely your site may never be found and will not be an effective traffic generator for you and your products or services.
There are some amazing tools available to help in your phrasing and word choices such as Keyword Discovery and WordTracker and it is highly recommended that you utilize them before choosing optimization words for your site. Keywords will impact on your ability to develop a traffic generator. When selecting your phrases, you have to find a good balance between unique and doable. Difficult words to spell and too common words should be avoided at all costs.
If a searcher can't spell what they are looking for, they won't find your website and if you choose a word such as 'women' the search results are in the millions and you will still get lost in the Internet abyss. Play around with these tools at length and find out what people are typing into their search engines and which words get the best results; then find a way to tailor those words and make them stand out.
You also want to define your niche and this too can be tricky. Many people search by exact phrases that suit their individual needs and this could allow you to tap into unchartered grounds and rank your site high. Therefore if your site is geared towards teens, place that word in your phrasing so that those looking for 'fashion for teens' will land on your site and not someone else's that just has 'fashion' or 'teens' as optimization words.
Many bloggers and site owners shy away from this tactic because they fear that being too narrow will lessen their audience; in essence this could be true, but that is usually not the case. If you want a traffic generator it is better to have 1,000 regular followers in your niche than to have 10 followers who don't really relate to your content.
Internet 'crawlers' are abound and your site should be in a form that searchers can find it. That means that your links and texts must be HTML friendly if you want an effective traffic generator. Computers and the Internet are smart but they can't read things like Java Script. Those need to be forefront and then within your site you can post other graphics; but the main goal is to get people to the site first.
Your site has to be easy to navigate as surfers are inpatient and don't have the time to search for what they want within a site. All the current happenings should be front and center in bolded text that is easy to read. Fancy texts and embedded links are flashy but are often missed or ignored so are not great as a traffic generator. Onlookers also want interesting things that are eye catching, so be sure to include lots of graphics and add definitions or explanations / descriptions of what the graphics are to entice people to click on them. This is especially true of pay per click sites that are used to generate income.
Be flexible in developing your traffic generator key words because much like fashion, sometimes what is in today is out tomorrow. Sign up for things like Google Analytics which will generate reports and keep you abreast regarding the traffic generation to your website and who is clicking on what graphics, ads and links. If you see that particular key words aren't working, work diligently to change them, even if you love that phrasing. Collecting thousands of useless links to attach to your site can also be useless if people aren't investigating them. It is better to have a few helpful and interesting links as a traffic generator rather than 100 that no one is interested in.

Affiliate Marketing Strategies: Why You Need Three Key Ingredients To Make The Sale

Affiliate marketing can be a challenge. You may spend hours or even days doing your market research and digging up the right product. But once you send traffic to it, nothing much happens. What to do? Here's a three-step process that can help you improve your odds.
The Right Target Market
The key of course is to do the research and target the "hungry" market that is desperate for a solution to a pesky or persistent problem. That's a great start, but you need to check one more thing before you go crazy promoting your product:
Can that target market afford the product? And have they demonstrated the willingness to purchase products. Those aren't necessarily the same thing! And you need BOTH if you want to be successful.
The Warm-Up
Once you've made sure you have the right target market, it's time to warm up your visitors before sending them on to the sales page. What does that mean, and how do you do that?
It means to make them eager to purchase the solution to their problem, and purchase it now, from you. You've managed to assure them that what awaits them on the other side of the "BUY" button is exactly what they were hoping for.
And how do you do that? You can either create a special landing page where you work them into a froth of desire. Or you can create a special report where you essentially do the same thing.
You give them solutions, thereby demonstrating your trustworthiness, and you point out that they would definitely want the other solutions you have for them as well.
The Follow-Up
Finally, you follow up. How are you going to do that, you may wonder? You have to set up a squeeze page, i.e., a contact information collection form, where your prospects can sign up for your list.
Of course, these days, people are about as eager to sign up for a new list as they are to get their teeth cleaned at the dentist's. You need to give them something they really want in return. Like a great smile, if you're a dentist. Or an answer to a pressing question, if you're a marketer.
So when I mentioned the special report under "Warm-Up" that was exactly what I was referring to. The report is the ethical bribe. You should make sure you offer something your target audience wants, so they willingly give up their email address in return.
And then, you follow up, with more tips, a special offer or even a bonus. And before you know it, you're making sales.
So where can you get those reports that will help you make the sale? And what about those squeeze pages?

Using Pay-Per-Click for Affiliate Marketing Traffic

Whether your online business is affiliate marketing or another marketing system, if you do not have traffic, you have no sales. This is what leads webmasters, business owners and affiliates to spend large amounts of money to try to get to the top of the search engines. You need to have visitors to your service or product, whether it is on a website or a blog. Visitors are potential customers and you need a good number of visitors just to get one paying customer. This is just a basic rule of Internet marketing. Obviously, people cannot buy your offer if they do not see it, so you need many people coming to your site and these visitors are called traffic.
Surely everyone would agree, then, that the key to affiliate marketing success is getting enough traffic to your offer. Not just any kind of traffic, but targeted traffic. If someone has absolutely no interest in your offer, it hardly matters if they stop by your blog or website. You want people who are interested in what you have to offer and who are ready to buy, as well. If you are able to pay for traffic, be sure to pay only for that which is targeted to your offer. That will ensure your investment will bring the kind of results and sales for which you are in business in the first place.
A very efficient way of making affiliate marketing sales is through PPC-Pay-Per-Click-traffic from the search engines. This is highly targeted traffic because you write the ad and use the keywords that will attract people to your offer. Traffic comes to your site very fast, but you must use caution. Before using this means to get traffic, learn all you can about it or you could end up spending enormous amounts of money.
Google and other search engines allow you to set an amount that you will spend daily and how much you will pay for each click. When your clicks equal the amount you have set for the day, the search engine stops sending your ad. Setting limits will ensure that you do not get a nasty surprise bill that you cannot afford, especially until you start making good money.
Another search engine that you can use is Overture, which claims to be the best on the Internet for getting pay-per-click results. Overture can draw the exact targeted traffic you need to make sales. Another enticing feature of Overture is that when you advertise through an Overture Premium Listing, your blog or website will appear on the leading United States search engines such as Netscape, MSN, Info Space and Yahoo. This give you the benefit of placing your offer in front of more than 80% of current Internet users and buyers. Just be sure to do proper research, split test your offers and make every advertising penny count and you will do very well with paid traffic for your affiliate marketing business.

How To Get Started With Affiliate Network Marketing

Affiliate network marketing is one of the fastest and most efficient ways to make money online. The principle of affiliate network marketing, often abbreviated as affiliate marketing, is that you promote offers in exchange for a fixed rate of money.
Affiliate marketing is sometimes referred to as CPA or cost-per-action marketing. It is halfway through PPC advertising, where you are paid to generate clicks on your ads for a variant rate of remuneration, and product promotion where you are paid a commission for each sales you make. The commission is generally expressed in percentage of the price of the final product.
Affiliate network marketing is sometimes considered to include product promotion, where you are demanded to generate sales to get remunerated.
In this article we will consider only the action related marketing, which is the most common definition of affiliate marketing.
What is an action you may ask? An action is anything more than a click, and less than a sale. It can be a registration, an e-mail submit, a zip code submit a survey. Some would also include pin confirmations in this category, as they aren't exactly a sale.
With affiliate marketing you are remunerated each time an action is completed by a user. Take for example an offer that remunerates you each time a user registers on the website of a certain advertiser.
The affiliate network offers you a text link, generally accompanied by several graphical elements like banners and other visual promotion methods.
You can either place those banners on your website and hope someone will click on them, or write a review of the offer itself and encourage people to take action.
Unlike PPC Advertising, you will not get paid according to how many times visitors click on your elements, but according to how many times these visitors take action (in our example it was a website registration), so soft incentive is authorized: that means you can encourage your visitors to go see what is behind your affiliate link.
Also and once again unlike most PPC Advertising networks, with affiliate marketing networks there are very few fixed promotion rules and conditions. That doesn't mean that anything is authorized to promote your offers, that just means the conditions depend on the offers. The advertisers can choose whether to allow Twitter promotion, social media promotion, e-mail promotion.
There are many affiliate marketing networks to choose from. My recommendation is go to Adscend Media, CJ.com and Peerfly. You can also include Amazon Partners and ClickBank, even though they are mostly utilized for product related marketing.

How Do You Get Money Fast?

A great way to understand the art of making money is to ask the question; 'How Do You Get Money Fast.' There are as many ways to make money as there are ways to fail at making money. The difference in being successful and failure is the amount of effort that you put into what you are doing. If your heart ain't in it, get your rear end out, quickly.
In order to get started successfully on how to get you money fast, whether online or offline, you need to focus on what you expect to accomplish. Are you wanting to sell a product or a service. There is a difference in how you make money with each process.
If you are planning to sell a product, you must focus on selling what the product will do for your customers. Do not sell the product, let the product sell the solution to what it is that it does to improve the customer's situation. If it were say, a car wax product, sell the customer on how easy it is to put on and take off and the durability of the shine and how long it will last.
If you are choosing to sell a service, let's take writing articles for other people, you need to sell your customers on how effective your articles are and how your articles will attract your readers. Do you see that you need to solve the issues your potential customers might be looking to resolve. A successful seller always sells the solutions not the product.
With the availability of selling ebooks that other folks have written and developed, you really don't need to sell your own products if you don't already have one. And if you had rather focus on selling tangible products, Amazon.con offers is a great resource for selling them as an affiliate.
Selling online does have its advantages. You can avoid the costs of a conventional business such as rental space, utility bills, and travel to and from your work area, but aside from that, the rest is very similar between online and offline businesses.
in order to be successful at selling whatever it is you choose to sell you must do the time, stay focused on the tasks to get the end results you expect and yes, there is going to be real work involved. Nothing comes easy and if it does, it can disappear as easy as it came. Remember that, no truer statement was ever made. Easy come easy go.
To get down to the brass tacks of How Do You Get Money Fast, you should know some of the ins and outs of a successful business model and what to do and what to avoid. Do not try and re-invent the wheels of a successful business, just find what has worked for others and apply them to your business efforts and you'll do fine.
Build a trust in a mentor that will guide you through the art of a successful business and you'll come out far better than trying to do it your way, especially if you have never ran a business before.

Constantly Marketing Will Bring You Success in Network Marketing

Whatever your home based business, to be successful boils down to one thing and that is to constantly market your business. Your goal shouldn't be to sign people up into your business or to sell them products. Your goal should be to simply get your business opportunity in front of as many people as possible.
There are many different ways to market your business on the internet and off the internet. All forms of marketing are great and there is none that is recommended over the other. It is really a matter of personal preference. The most important thing to constantly focus on is to constantly market and to do it on and off the internet for maximum results.
On the internet you can write articles (a big part of what I'm doing right now), post ads, pay per click, social media, and etc. It really doesn't matter what particular form you use but it is important that you consistently use whatever forms you use. Ideally, you want to pick 2 or 3 methods of marketing and keep at it!
So, if you like to write articles and post ads, then write articles and post ads everyday. It all is really a numbers game. The more articles and ads you have out there equals the more people that will come across some of your information. The more people that come across your information equals the more people to see your website and business. The more people to see your website and business equal more income for you. It is really that simple!
The same rule applies to your offline marketing efforts. If you pass out flyers and business cards, then consistently pass out flyers and business cards everyday. Everywhere you go in your daily travels is another chance to potentially market your business. Keep an eye out for public boards to post information! A couple of great places are coffee houses, laundry mats, and mailboxes for apartment homes. These places all have public information boards that make great places for a mobile classified ad, flyer, or your business card.
Whatever methods you choose to market your business, stay consistent at it. Focus on getting your marketing materials out there and concentrate on that daily! In the end, it is all about the numbers. The point is simple for success! Get as many people as possible to see your message and stay consistent. Don't worry about people who tell you no! Just constantly think of ways to get more people to see your message.
Are you considering a home based business that's task driven, compounds your money daily, and has a 99% retention rate? If so check out http://zeek-rewards-biz.blogspot.com or at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zx0dW8iRY-4

Looking for Opportunities to Work at Home? Read This Article for Great Ideas on Real Internet Jobs

There are a lot of ways to make money on the internet these days, but most people are cautious about jumping into the online job market for fear of scams and rip-offs. While there are quite a few scams out there, the good news is that there are also a ton of real internet jobs available for those who wish to work from home. From stay at home moms, to military spouses who are always on the move, to those who are disabled, or those who simply have no desire to leave the house for work, finding a real job on the internet can be an ideal source of income.
While many of us have read about making "thousands of dollars a week!" online, most of us recognize that there's probably a reason these offers sound too good to be true. For those who are cautious enough to avoid these get rich quick programs, an ideal alternative is finding real internet jobs. To be honest, real internet jobs aren't easy to come by, but many businesses have begun hiring with the realization that many times there's no reason for an employee to actually be tied to a physical location. Many businesses have also begun to outsource a lot of their work from in-house to internet users in the United States.
Many companies in particular have begun to hire online-only employees as customer service representatives. These are real internet jobs, either salaried or by the hour, that can be worked from the comfort of one's own home. Usually job duties involve working customer service chat rooms, speaking one-on-one with customers to help solve their concerns or to address their complaints. After an online tutorial and training session, usually software will be provided and you can begin working a set or flexible schedule from the comfort of your own home.
Another online-only career that many companies have begun hiring online workers for is in the vacation planning industry. Not a whole lot of people go to travel agencies anymore, but online travel sites offering vacation packages have become increasingly popular. There are real internet jobs working as a vacation planner for many of these sites, offering one-on-one suggestions and advice to customers looking to book a trip who need help building the perfect vacation package. Similar to a customer service position, this job is performed through one-on-one chat rooms offered to customers on the travel sites, and after training, can be worked over the internet.
There are many other real internet jobs available that offer a more flexible schedule. Many companies have turned to the internet to hire help for jobs that would have traditionally been worked by secretaries or temporary workers. Many companies offer real internet jobs to people who have transcription skills. Others are looking for qualified editors or interpreters. Some companies are even looking for "Social Media Coordinators," an exciting new field that combines social media with marketing. Whatever your skills or availability, the fact is that there are plenty of companies looking to hire individuals for real internet jobs.

How to Display RSS Feeds on Your Website - Follow These Steps

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It's used to publish frequently updated content to a reader which can be web, desktop or even mobile-device based. It's a great way to add content to your site because it will update at intervals that you choose, keeping your sites content current and more relative to search engines.
RSS feeds contain news stories, blogs, videos and even webpage's. More than likely you've seen these feeds while searching the web. Have you ever noticed the orange icons that appear in certain web pages, those indicate that the page or content on that page is an RSS feed.
It's easy to find feeds, simply type in the type of feed you are looking for into your favorite search engine and include "RSS" in your search. For example, say you are interested in cars; search for cars +RSS feed. Maybe you like gardening; try gardening +RSS feed. Most major news sites have feeds as do the major search engines.
When you find a site that has the RSS feed you want you'll need to copy it. Look for the orange icon then right mouse click either the orange icon or the title next to it; from the pop-up menu choose "copy link location" and paste into a document for later. The link will usually include the words "RSS" or "feed" to identify it as a feed.
Know that you have a feed that you are interested in its time to get it on your web site. You could add a feed to your site by entering XML code but it's far easier and quicker to go to a website that does this for you. Remember the point of adding the RSS feed is to add current content to your site not to spend time learning XML code.
There are many sites that can add a feed to your site, simply search for "adding RSS feed to website" and you will get quite a large list.
When you decide on a site you will need to register with them; most sites are free or offer a certain amount of RSS feeds for free.
Some sites give you the option to choose the format of the feed such as HTML, Flash, and PDF.
You will have the option to filter the feeds, allowing you to receive the exact content that you are looking for.
Once you have completed your selections you will be given some code to paste into your site. The whole process should only take a few minutes. Your site will receive continuous and current information on a daily basis which will increase the chances of search engines finding your site.

You Want Your Customers to Lie to You

Honesty is the best policy, so the saying goes. Indeed, research shows that businesses which are open and transparent are valued more highly than those which fib. And if your company is exposed as a liar, well, you can say goodbye to your bonus. However, What about your customers? Surely you want them to be honest with you too? After all, if they lie to you how can you deliver exactly what they want and thereby get rated highly?
Logically, if your customers tell you fibs you can't possibly provide what they really want, making it almost impossible to get high levels of customer satisfaction. But, as always in the world of selling, logic isn't always right. The kind of customers you really want are liars.
Recent research shows that liars have to spend a great deal of mental effort when telling their tall tales. Fibbing is difficult to do. As a result the "executive function" of the brain gets bogged down in all the details of constructing the lie and sticking to it. That means attention is taken away from other mental activities - in particular the conversation coming from the sales person. In other words, liars will be less likely to be able to pay attention to what you are saying and even if they can manage to attend to you, they won't find it easy to process what they hear. In other words, they ignore you.
What this means is they are much more surprised by the outcome than people telling the truth to you. And when you are more surprised by something you have a much more significant response to it.
So, customers who lie tend to be much more positive about your company than the truth-tellers.  It means you can generate more positive comments, Tweets or Facebook shares from the people who have fibbed to you than those who told you the truth. The issue to consider, therefore, is whether you should go out of your way to track down liars as customers.
The chances are this will take you more effort than necessary. When you start committing a great deal of mental effort to such an activity, guess what? Your brain starts working like that of a liar - you cannot concentrate on the sales conversation you are having with your customers because of the additional mental effort you have to perform. And that is never a good idea. After all, would I lie to you?
So, what should you do? Tell the truth and always believe your customers are also doing so. If they lie, they will be positively surprised by the outcome which is simply a bonus for you. But customers who tell the truth to you will reduce the mental effort on both sides, meaning getting the sale in the first place is much easier.

No matter what product you're promoting, there is a trade publication out there that will feature it. You create the classified that serenades their interest and invite them over through your website address or URL. Say goodbye to long postal addresses.
2. Press Releases
It is day one of your business website. It's also the first day of your online presence. Nobody wants their first launch to be silent one. The entire purpose of launching your business is to let the world know that you're here and serious about providing quality service or products. Let the online and offline realms feel this endeavor of yours. Use the local press to announce the launch of your Internet business website. There are free and paid ways to do this depending on your budget. You just need a noteworthy news angle. Contact your local press and see how you can accomplish this step by step.
3. Business Cards
Remember this, the most successful Internet business websites judiciously use a variety of both offline and online strategies to divert more targeted visitors to their site. Whenever you attend social events in your neighborhood, don't forget your business cards. Hand them out courteously to your friends, family members or the ones you met at the social event. There is nothing easier than this. You get the chance to get some suggestions and if they've seen your website already, some constructive criticisms. Just make sure you place the URL of your business on the business card OK? Also, you can place your business cards or flyers on the local community bulletin boards, grocery stores and other suitable locations.
4. Partnership with other offline businesses
I know competition can be tough. But I still believe that there are plenty of customers to go around to. Talk to other offline businesses that cater to similar audiences. In exchange, you can tell them that they can place an ad on your website.
5. Sticker Campaign
Involve the present members of your website. Hold a contest and whoever sells the most stickers with your URL shall win reward points or special discounts. Members who provide referrals should be given plus points too.
Remember that these offline methods have stood the test of time. They were here before the Internet came. They might have been neglected, but never forgotten. Use them to your advantage. Any Internet business website owner can increase targeted traffic that converts to any website using any one of these offline techniques.

Use Link Building Services to Enhance Your Website's Visibility

There are companies that offer link building services to help you build your website and gain you more popularity. They are usually composed of less than one hundred people, and are stable companies profiting each year whilst enhancing your site profit increment. If you have a website, obtaining their services could potentially pay off in the long run.
Each company in this line of trade has its own way of doing things, and offers different prices for each of the services rendered. Reputable company sites can be found through a search engine, and are filled with client testimonials to help you choose the right company to meet your needs. Some of these companies have been in business for over ten years, and are still continuously busy working with new clients every day.
The procedure of link building itself is a complicated one that should be designated to a link building company who knows exactly what they are doing. The procedure essentially involves having your website linked to a different, more popular website, which will in turn grant you more views for your website.
Many of these companies will have explanations on their websites to help you better understand the process. Essentially, linking your website to another website costs time and money. It usually takes weeks to months for your link to appear on that website. This is because the refresh rate of the internet is not as quick as one may think. However, the waiting period is well worth the wait. As soon as your website link appears, you will begin gaining viewers quickly and easily, all hassle free.
Helping to make your link become visible and thus be viewed more often is fairly basic. Linking your site to another relevant site is a definite plus. For example, if your site is about hand soap, you do not link it to an automobile site. Instead, you choose a site dealing with household items or something along those lines.
Tracking your results with a keyword rank tracking software is a very good idea. It will show you how many hits your keywords and links are receiving, giving you a new hope and new happiness as they continue to grow daily. Many people get discouraged after not seeing a traffic increase to their site immediately. If they had tracked their keywords they would have seen a much better turn around.
All in all, if you want your website to strive then you will want to get in contact with a reputable link building company to help you with your endeavors. To the average person, link building services may seem quite a task and a challenge. Put your mind at ease and watch your traffic and profits grow through a link building company.

Want to Get Rich Online? CAUTION! 3 Facts The "Gurus" Won't Tell You (But I Will)

Who else thinks that getting rich online is easy? Do you believe that there are simple strategies that can literally take you from "zero" to an astronomical income in a mere matter of months? Or maybe you've seen those ads and offers that talk about how someone earned some insanely crazy amount of money in 30 or 60 days without doing much work? Unless you've been sleeping under a rock, if you are an online entrepreneur, you already know that the landscape, and the language in our industry is full of hyperbolic promises that often sound too good to be true, right?
And yet... it never ceases to amaze me how many people buy into the myth, and neglect to focus on the reality that building a REAL business that is viable, and has real value is a lot of work.
Before I share with you what I believe are the most important lessons of my own entrepreneurial career, I want to give you a simple suggestion. If you want to REALLY learn the "secrets" of making lots and lots of money... read books (or bios) on people who have done it while creating massive value in the world. A sample chapter from Steve Jobs recent biography, for example, in my humble opinion... is worth more than a lifetime of internet marketing sales-letters will ever offer.
The GOOD news?
If you have passion for something and are willing to work, you can do amazing things online for both your brand, your bank account and your business to boot. (and have a ton of fun along the way)
With that said - AVOID buying into these 3 misconceptions because they will hold you back.
1 - You DON'T need to learn "everything" to make great money online. On the contrary, the best marketers and most successful online entrepreneurs are usually the ones who have mastered ONE simple strategy. Be it PPC, or social media, or organic content like I focus on building, the truth is, staying very linear and hyper focused in one area you can truly master will get you FAR farther than learning a zillion different techniques that are mostly worthless.
I believe that the pursuit of ALL knowledge is the biggest enemy of achievement for online entrepreneurs, because it gives us a perpetual "permission slip" to keep learning, rather than getting our faces muddy and doing the actual work it takes to make money!
2 - It's MUCH easier to sell "YOU" than it is to sell information products forever. In other words, if you can create a real world offer that helps people, it's far more lucrative than creating a bunch of "info products" to sell to the very same group. I always say, I'd much rather pay a personal trainer to whip my behind into shape... rather than buying his (or her) eBook on how to do it myself. The same applies to just about EVERY profession and passion online, and if you can codify your content into service you can sell, you can (and will) earn big bucks far faster than trying to sell digital downloads. Period.
3 - Content is NOT KING. Conversation is. And community is a close second. The truth is, in today's social media marketplace, having an open and honest and entertaining conversation with your clients in a community environment that you can control is the very BEST way to build your brand, and your business that there is! Content is important of course... which is why I'm writing this, right now. But ultimately, you don't make real money from content. You earn it from the continuous and consistent conversation you have with people who share your passion for a given topic... and turn to YOU to be informed, educated and improved in areas that you are strong, and they are weak and want to get better!

Streaming Providers Reviewed for Parental Controls and Child Safety

If you are a parent, you either have already dealt with the issue of safeguarding your child from inappropriate content, or you will after receiving a rude awakening, when your child stumbles upon something that potentially prematurely takes away their innocence. As parents, we are becoming accustomed to dealing with parental control settings on our internet connection and our cable or satellite TV subscription. But streaming is a whole new issue that we may not have a lot of information on. The streaming providers below have been researched in-depth in order to determine their "family friendly" rating.
Of course the best parental control available are parents themselves, and this review is a good reminder that we need to be personally involved in the lives of our children and monitor their choices. We need to manage the exposure our children receive from uncertain venues such as the internet, including social networking, as well as television and cell phones, in an age-appropriate fashion. However, as busy parents can attest to, it certainly is helpful to get help from the trusted services we subscribe to.
Netflix
This streaming provider has decided not to get into the pornography business, so it gets an immediate thumbs-up for this decision. It does include a rudimentary parental control option. In your account, you can select "change parental control settings" and select what ratings level to filter. It does take 8 hours for the new rating selection to take effect, so parents need to stay vigilant during that time frame. This is a global block to the entire account, so if you decide to indulge in a movie, there is an 8 hour window where your kids can access the same ratings you do. There is also the ability to see what anyone on the account has viewed, so you are able to "ask questions" after the fact.
However, several parents have lit up the message boards requesting more flexibility in the ability to filter content, especially based on individual devices or sub-accounts. In other words, the family TV needs to be sacred (whether it's the Roku box, gaming console or internet-enabled blu-ray player that facilitates the streaming), and so does Jr's iPad. Another idea was to be able to filter out all content within certain ratings unless a pin # was entered. There are some films that are "Not Rated" that are clearly inappropriate for children.
Netflix allows it's community to rate and review the movies in its library, which is also a plus.
Netflix family friendly rating is "good".
Hulu Plus
This provider does not have customizable parental controls. However, in order to view "mature" Hulu content (rated R or TV-MA), the owner of the account must be at least 17 years old, and the viewer must be logged into the account to access mature content. This is an account that, simply put, requires parental oversight. It should be noted that internet-savvy children can get around this to create an account. For family friendliness, it is rated "good" with the caveat that the parent must be involved with viewing choices.
Vudu
This provider has two safeguards in place that rate it "great" in terms of family friendly. Parents are able set limits on what their children can browse, rent, purchase or play, based upon ratings. They also provide good instruction on how to set parental controls on various devices. Once purchased by WalMart, Vudu has discontinued "Vudu After Dark."
ITunes
This provider also receives a "great" rating in terms of child safety. Parents are able to define content that is even displayed in the iTunes Store for their children. You can also opt to disable content available in podcasts, radio, shared libraries, or the iTunes Store. If a user tries to access content that is not in the allowable category, a pin number must be entered. Because content is rented or purchased through the iTunes store, this adds an extra layer of safety. For Apple TV owners, you can also set controls for services like Netflix or Youtube.
Amazon Instant Video and Amazon Prime
In order to rent or purchase digital media, you must have access to an Amazon account with a credit card. Parents also have an entire history of anything rented or purchased. This is the ultimate of parental controls, albeit after the fact. The problem comes with Amazon Prime members who have access to the unlimited streaming library. The Amazon message boards state that they have no solution to block streamed content that is inappropriate to children. Family friendly rating - "fair".
Roku
Roku is not a streaming provider, but a streaming media player. As such, it is as the mercy of whatever provider you select for your entertainment. However, you can create a 4-digit Roku Channel Store PIN that restricts new channels being added to your Roku Player. Family friendly rating is "good".

Business Social Network

For businesses, social media is no longer a component of their overall marketing strategy - it's the background against which all businesses compete. The fact that more than 81% businesses now have a social media presence can give us some idea of the importance of social media for most businesses.
The term business social network can mean either a company's attempt to connect with its customers online or specialized business networks that allow companies to network with other businesses, build relationships and partnerships and learn from more experienced marketers online. There are now a number of websites that offer you the ability to connect and share with people in the same industry. These networks can help you gather valuable contacts for growing your business. They can also offer useful insight for creating and making use of important business opportunities.
Until very recently, the only places that offered networking opportunities for businesses were seminars, trade shows and other similar events. Whether a company wanted to offer a product or a service that helped other businesses perform better in the marketplace or simply wanted to connect and build relationships with other businesses, the only way for them was to attend one of these events and try to build relationships with people from other businesses. This is a far cry from an online business social network that allows them to just join a website, create a profile and then start browsing through the list of businesses they can connect with. Instead of two-day workshops, they can now stay in touch with the businesses they connect with throughout the year. Additionally, the networking opportunities are not limited to a particular geographical area - they can connect with anyone they want throughout the world.
Social networks that allow businesses to communicate directly with their customers are just as important for businesses as the business social networks that allow them to connect with other businesses. Fans and followers on social networks are extremely important not only because it allows them to stay in touch with their fan-base and communicate with them without the need to involve any other media channel or "facilitator" but also because if they're able to raise the level of engagement of their users, they can usually enlist their help in finding new business opportunities. Additionally, these fans usually start offering support on social networking sites on their own, answering questions and helping with any issues that the new users might be facing, offering new opportunities to the companies or the brands to create value for both the customers and the company.

What Email Marketing Can Do for Your Small Business

Email marketing is a way to sell products, services and items using email to inform potential customers of your services through the use of email. It is the same basic idea of companies sending you flyers or advertisements through the postal service. It is relatively the same type of marketing only it is in done in electronic forms. When a company participates in email marketing they must create a message that they would like distributed. This advertisement may include pictures, text or can simply be in the form of a letter which is then emailed to everyone on their marketing list.
These messages are typically sent in bulk, just like their printed counterparts. An email marketer will send the email message to hundreds or thousands of potential and existing customers through the use of a bulk marketing program. The marketing program will provide instructions that the same message is to be delivered to multiple recipients in the companies address book. This is a cost-effective and fast way to inform the public of any specials or new products that your company is currently offering.
When companies send out a mass email marketing message they usually use information that customers have provided when they registered for a newsletter. Depending on the type of marketing software they are using, they may be able to email different customers different versions of the email. This allows companies to target customers who have shown interest in specific items, products or services. Companies typically gather this information by tracking what customers have recently purchased or products that they may have looked at on the website. Companies can also track customer's interests by offering a variety of newsletters and creating their specialized email lists from the newsletter information.
Once an email message has been sent many email marketers track who has opened and read the message. Using specially designed software companies can then view who has visited the website and made purchases relevant to the email message that was sent. Email marketing software can also detect when a recipient marks the email message as spam or when it was simply deleted without being opened. Using this information allows email marketers the chance to make their email messages more relevant to customers and try to get more messages read than deleted. If they notice that customers have opened, read and visited the website they can then use that information to continue sending that customer future emails. If they see that a customer has routinely deleted their emails they may decide to delete that person from their marketing list.
There are many benefits to using email marketing as part of your advertising program. It allows you the ability to reach hundreds or thousands of potential customers with the simple click of a mouse. Companies are no longer required to pay postage or stand in long lines in order to get their advertisements into the hands of their customers.
