XOWiis compensation plan is a binary plan based on 10 different money income streams with a 50% payout on commissionable volume. The following income streams can make you money: wholesale/retail difference, Fast Start Bonus, Business Builder Bonus, Binary Team Commission, Advancement Bonuses, Retail Sales Pool, Executive Check Match, Car Bonus, Leader Pool and Diamond Run Pool.
