To get such handsome salary, they has to be very creative. There is a lot of training needed to be a good designer as he has to carry a number of job responsibilities. For such responsibilities and understanding, there needs certain training. Though, there is hardly any specific training for designing. It is entirely dependent on how creative you are. But most of the designers have a minimum qualification of associates degree, or more often a bachelors degree in IT, game development or design or programming. If you are serious about taking up a career in this field, choose a school that offers a degree in game designing, or at least in the relevant field.
