There's task that need credential and for you to have credentials you need to complete one of the task first like making a review to the site, editing a poor English site, nor writing articles and etc.

Then if you decided to go ahead with the task theres another one next after the other, actually its another task for you to complete and once theres no more task, the system will just simply say "No available task" so just click on the home tab or available tab to check for another. If you want to end the task then just click exit or skip. Just keep on answering to earn more.
